Construction work that requires a permit most often needs the appointment of a certified quality manager.
Within the construction processes the quality manager has the following responsibilities:

Adapts a control plan to respective project with goal that the construction project when
it is completed will meet the society's requirements.

Is responsible in following up and seeing that all requirements in the control plan are adhered to and documented.

That regular consultation with all proper authorities is successfully concluded.

That certificates and documentations are presented to the municipality so that may award an end certificate.
It is desirable that the appointed quality manager be totally involved in the project from its initial planning stage to its validated final inspection.
